Manufacturing from a modern purpose built factory that incorporates highest standards of hygiene, this Cheshire based business utilises 3 production lines which print up to 7 colours (reverse printing if necessary), varnish, cut and crease, emboss and automatically strip away the waste delivering a flat blank carton in under 10 seconds of production time. The carton blank is then transferred to one of 2 Bobst gluing machines for finishing, which includes scanning on-line pharma codes as an additional security check, prior to despatch.
